⚈ There is no meeting point for this activity. You will enter the Cistern independently using the address provided in your booking confirmation.
⚈ The museum is open for visits between 09:00 and 19:00. Your tickets are only valid for the session you have chosen.
⚈ Digital audio guide is available in more than 10 languages: English, German, Russian, Italian, Spanish, French, Korean, Arabic, Chinese, Turkish, Portuguese, Japanese, Hindi, Dutch.
⚈ Entry is free for visitors holding a valid disability ID. Companions of individuals with visual, physical, mental, or child-related disabilities are also granted free entry, provided they present an official disability companion card. ID must be shown at the entrance.
⚈ Taking photos and videos without disturbing other visitors inside the cistern is allowed.
⚈ Professional shoots and any shoots with a tripod are subject to written permission.
⚈ Due to security and/or crowding, the Cistern cannot be visited with suitcases or large bags.
⚈ Food and beverages are not allowed in the cistern.
⚈ Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the cistern.
⚈ Entry with pets is prohibited.
⚈ Due to high moisture levels, water may drip from the ceiling, which could damage electronic devices. Please take necessary precautions during your visit.
⚈ The interior of the cistern is dimly lit and the floor may be slippery. Please proceed with caution.
⚈ The entrance and exit stairs of the cistern and the walkways inside are not suitable for walking in high-heeled shoes.
⚈ Handrails should be held when going up and down the stairs at the entrance of the cistern.
⚈ The railing levels inside the cistern are low; leaning on the railings is dangerous and prohibited.
⚈ Tickets are not refundable.
